Where we ship

MAMÉA ships throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Order processing

Orders are prepared within 1–5 business days after confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery time

Delivery is estimated to take 6–10 business days after dispatch. This is in addition to the order processing time.

These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may take longer during busy periods or due to weather, customs checks or other transport disruptions. If your order is delayed, please contact us for assistance.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, email contactmamea@gmail.com immediately.

We will do our best to update your address before dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

Missing or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, or arrives damaged, email contactmamea@gmail.com with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the damage.

We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
